Advanced Training for School & District Leaders
Audio Enhancement is pleased to offer school districts the opportunity to attend advanced technical and implementation courses on EPIC (Education Paging & Intercom Communications) System®. EPIC Experience and EPIC Evolution courses aim to equip school district staff with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to effectively implement, manage, and maximize the potential of the EPIC System within their educational settings.
EPIC Experience
Audio Enhancement's EPIC Experience training is designed to empower district staff with a deep understanding and practical skills to leverage the full potential of the EPIC System's intercom, paging, bells, and notification capabilities, backend administrative event management, SAFE System®, and VIEWpath®. During the course, district staff will learn about device installation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting. Participants learn to assess the compatibility of features with current frameworks, ensuring seamless integration while considering user experience and system optimization.

Beginning in January 2027, EPIC Experience attendees can add an optional fourth day dedicated to deeper technical training!
Our three-day EPIC Experience brings together educators, administrators, and technical staff to explore Audio Enhancement solutions from multiple perspectives and understand their impact on teaching and learning.
For those who want to go deeper on the technical side, the optional fourth day provides additional hands-on learning focused on system management and technical skills—helping you leave even more prepared to support and manage your Audio Enhancement solutions.

EPIC Evolution
EPIC Evolution is a dynamic and forward-thinking experience in which we will delve deep into the realms of Audio Enhancement’s cutting-edge innovations, features, updates, and strategic implementation planning. Participants will engage in critical analysis and discussions to comprehend the underlying principles and potential applications of these solutions. A major focus is placed on the practical aspects of implementation. Participants will develop comprehensive implementation plans, covering aspects such as resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, and contingency planning. Real-world case studies will provide valuable insights into successful implementation strategies.
